Turning, milling, drilling, tapping and reaming are combined where a single part requires several operations, keeping datum control in one workflow. Critical bores and faces can be machined in a single set-up so that alignment between features is held to the drawing.
Deburring and edge preparation are treated as part of the process rather than an afterthought, which matters for parts that move or locate against other components. Protection during packing is chosen to suit the finish so parts arrive ready for assembly.
Share your 2D drawing or 3D model and the component will be reviewed for manufacturability before quotation, with any feature that needs attention raised at that stage. A sample can be produced for fit and function checks before the batch run.
The specifications shown are typical for components in this family; the final configuration and quotation are subject to confirmation on enquiry.
Tell us the parts you machine and the batch size — we will recommend a machine or process that fits.
