T-Series CNC Drilling & Tapping Machine (T500 / T700)
T-series high-speed CNC drilling and tapping machines finish drilled, tapped and lightly milled features on plate, box and small structural parts in a single clamping, with 12 to 21 station tool magazines and rapid tool change for dense hole patterns.

Where the T-Series Fits
The T-series CNC drilling and tapping machine is aimed at high-efficiency hole making on plate, box and small structural parts: drilled, tapped and lightly milled features are finished in one clamping, which shortens the process chain compared with moving parts across a drill press and a second machine. The table-mounted design and short travel span make it a common choice for 3C chassis, aluminum covers, brackets and valve bodies.

Spindle, Tool Change and Feed Motion
A high-speed spindle with rapid tool change keeps chip-to-chip time short, so the machine spends more of each cycle cutting. The tool magazine is available in different capacities to match the number of features on the part, and the three axes run on rolling guideways for quick positioning between holes.
- Spindle speed: typically up to 12,000 r/min for aluminum and light alloys
- Tool change: arm-type fast tool change for short chip-to-chip time
- Feed axes: rolling guideways with rapid traverse for dense hole patterns

Configuration Options to Match Your Part
Choose the tool magazine capacity by the number of different tools your part needs in one cycle, and choose the fourth-axis option when drilling and tapping on multiple faces. Through-spindle coolant and chip conveyor options are useful when machining steel or running lights-out.
Acceptance Points
Before acceptance, check spindle run-out, tool change repeatability and the actual tapped thread gauge on a sample part, and verify positioning accuracy with a ball-bar or laser check. Final configuration and quotation are subject to inquiry confirmation.
